My class tonight was great and horrible at the same time. The poor phone connections made a good session very challenging. However, I took away a couple of things that will stick with me for a long time. One of the people on the call talked about needing an "accountability partner". I think that is a brilliant phrase and applies in so many aspects of coaching.
We also had speakers about coaching models. I want to explore this more. I've read about the GROW model but also that it is outdated. I am motivated to read more about change models.
